KGKirk Aeronautics Joins the Philippine Marine Corps Karangalan Marathon 2025 – Ilocos Norte
Laoag City, Ilocos Norte — KGKirk Aeronautics Group of Companies proudly participated in the Philippine Marine Corps Karangalan Marathon 2025 – Ilocos Norte. This historic and inspiring event brought together military personnel, civilians, and partner organizations to celebrate camaraderie, resilience, and service to the nation.
Eighteen (18) employees, including the Company President, represented KGKirk Aeronautics as sponsored runners in this meaningful marathon. Their participation reflects the company’s continued commitment to supporting causes that promote unity, wellness, and nation-building.
The 4th Marine “Makusug” Brigade extended its heartfelt gratitude to all runners and participants whose energy, dedication, and sportsmanship made the event a memorable milestone. The Karangalan Marathon proudly stands as the first and largest military-led synchronized marathon in Asia, symbolizing every participant’s unwavering spirit, discipline, and patriotism.
Beyond the race, the PMC Karangalan Marathon is a nationwide initiative promoting physical fitness, community solidarity, and a stronger bond between the Marines and the people they serve. It brings together military personnel, civilians, local government officials, stakeholders, and fitness enthusiasts — all united under one purpose: to honor the sacrifices of our Marines and strengthen ties across all walks of life.
Proceeds of this meaningful run will help:
- Provide college scholarships to PMCOSAI scholars;
- Support the children of wounded and fallen Marines;
- Assist troops deployed in border and island detachments, safeguarding our nation’s sovereignty.
